The accommodation provides personalized support which tailored to the needs of each individual. Each home has robust systems in place to monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided. This includes regular assessments, feedback mechanisms, and mechanisms to address concerns and complaints. Continuous improvement should be prioritized based on feedback from individuals, staff, and external stakeholders.

Our accommodations provide a continuum of care that supports individuals throughout their journey. This may involve transition planning to independent living, facilitating family reunification where appropriate, or providing ongoing support for young people aging out of the care system. We actively involve individuals in decisions that affect their lives. In each home we promote their rights, encourage their participation in the planning and review processes, and provide opportunities for their voices to be heard.
